DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to announce our Spring Native Plant Sale on Saturday\, April 10! The sale offers many native plants\, at great prices\, ready for your landscape! We’re continuing to offer a Pre-Order option. New this year – an online store to place Pre-Orders. \nTo purchase native plants\, select from one of two options. Here’s how it works: \nPre-Orders: \n\nIf you Pre-Order\, you will be able to pick up plants curbside on the day of the sale.\nPre-Orders need to be placed by Saturday\, April 3 at 6:00 pm.\nFor more details and a link to the online store\, go to the Native Plant Nursery and follow the links to the Spring Sale.\n\nOn-Site Sale: \n\nWalk-ins are available on the day of the sale but will be limited to meet health guidelines. Face coverings are required.\nStaff and volunteer availability are limited this year – visit our Native Plant Nursery and go to the section on “Native Plant Resource Links” to find helpful info about Native Plants.\nThe onsite sale goes from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at our nursery\, located behind Scappoose High School. DESCRIPTION:Join the Scappoose Bay Watershed Council for our yearly spring cleaning at the Scappoose Bay Marina. We’ll be meeting at the Marina on Saturday\, April 24 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. \nActivities will include: \n\nPicking up trash\nPulling weeds\n\nWe will have some tools available\, but please consider bringing the following items: \n\nWork gloves\nShovels\nClippers\n\nWe will be following the CDC recommended social distancing guidelines for this event. Masks are required. \nIf you haven’t volunteered with us before we will have you fill out a waiver at the event. Children and teenagers under 18 will need a parent signature and supervision. \nIf you have any questions or need more information contact our Restoration Projects Manager at emily@scappoosebay-wc.org. \nPlease join us and help celebrate Earth Day! \n
